The Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center is Fordham Law's trial team. Second, third, and fourth year students participate in various trial competitions, both civil and criminal. The Moores compete on a national level in approximately fifteen competitions every year.

Students are selected through two competitions: the Summer Competition and the Fall Intraschool Competition. For more information on how to join the team, click here. Students invited to join the Moore Advocates are eligible to compete in various regional and national trial advocacy competitions throughout the country. To see a list of the competitions in which the Moore Advocates have competed in the past, please go to our Competition Resume.

Each team is coached by practicing attorneys, most of whom are Moore alumni. The competitors may earn course credit for introductory or advanced trial advocacy through participation on one of these interschool teams.
