The Fordham Competition Law Institute (FCLI) provides internationally recognized, top rated programs on antitrust law and policy. Through its programs FCLI contributes to the discussion of a wide range of issues related to antitrust law and policy across jurisdictions, and to the development of better competition law enforcement in jurisdictions around the world. For more than 30 years FCLI has organized the Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy, which is widely recognized as one of the leading events in international antitrust and policy. The Conference offer leaders in the field, representing competition authorities, the judiciary, private practice and the academia, an opportunity to discuss recent developments in national and international antitrust law.

Since 2007, FCLI has also invited heads of competition authorities to attend a one day workshop which is organized in connection with Annual Conference.

In 2006, FCLI established a training center for antitrust/competition law officials, judges and policymakers from around the world. The training center offers unique summer training programs, with top quality courses taught by a first rate, geographically diverse faculty composed of competition authority staff, judges and academics with experience in competition law enforcement. These highly successful programs are open to participants from newer competition regimes as well as more experienced jurisdictions.
