An application is complete when the application has been filled out pursuant to the instructions detailed on Procedure section. Evaluation is triggered by the Law School's receipt of the official LSDAS report. As a result, applicants should pay close attention to the reports they receive from LSDAS which indicate which law schools have requested their file.
Fordham's Admissions Committee will ordinarily request the applicant's LSDAS file within two weeks for those applications submitted on or before January 1st and within four weeks for those applications submitted after January 1st. However, if students apply electronically through LSDAS, the Committee should request the report within one week of the applicant submitting all their materials through Law Services as long as their application file is complete with LSDAS in that time frame. As a general rule the Admissions Committee is unable to accommodate requests that evaluation be postponed pending receipt of specific or additional letters of recommendation, additional grades, etc. Also, the Admissions Committee does not grant personal interviews. |
