Fordham's specialty journals are also some of the most cited in court cases and by law reviews. The Fordham Urban Law Journal is the third most cited student-edited specialty journal of the more than 400 specialty journals in the country. Four of Fordham's specialty law reviews are in the top five most cited journals of their respective specialty fields.
