Daniel Lee is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where his responsibilities focus on the firm’s private equity and merchant banking activities. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs Mr. Lee was in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mr. Lee received a B.A. degree from Cornell University and a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law, where he was the Administrative Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
