Adding a PDF to the Guides & Tutorials
- Navigate to IT > Support > Guides and Tutorials (ID 18628.)
- Click “Open Foundation.”
- Click “Add A Guide or Tutorial.”
- Click “Create and Connect Page.”
- Write down the Page ID number.
- Enter the name of the PDF guide or tutorial.
- Click “Ok.”
- Search and navigate to the page that you just created using the page ID you wrote down in Step 5.
- Upload the PDF and enter contents on the page.
- Keyword the page. For example, if the PDF guide or tutorial is under the “Email” category, keyword the page as follows:
Category = Guides & Tutorials Keyword = IT Guides & Tutorials | Email
- Click “Actions.”
- Click “Submit to Workflow.”
- Click “Actions.”
- Click “Release Page.” (Repeat steps 10 and 11 if you are an IT Approver.)
- Navigate to the Guides & Tutorials Home Page (ID 18628.)
- Click “Open Foundation.”
- Click “Actions.”
- Click “Publish Page.”
- Check “Publish all following pages.”
- Click “Ok.”
