Disabling a Current IT Alert

  1. Navigate to the IT alert page that you wish to disable.
  2. Click “Open Foundation.”
  3. Click on red dot for “Categories & Keywords.”
  4. Delete the key word “Page Listing IT | Support | Alerts | Current.”
  5. Click “Ok.”
  6. Navigate to the IT Home Page (ID 20608.)
  7. Click “Open Foundation.”
  8. Click “Actions.”
  9. Click “Publish Page.”
  10. Check “Publish all following pages.”
  11. Click “Ok.”
