ID CardsAll incoming students, who have provided the Student Affairs of the LL.M. Office with a copy of their photo, will obtain an identification card (ID) at Orientation. At the beginning of each academic year, Student Affairs will distribute new ID cards to returning students.Students must possess their ID with them at all times on campus, including when taking final examinations. Entrance to the campus and the library will be denied if a valid ID is not presented to campus or library security personnel. If you lose your ID, report to the Registrar's Office (Garden Level, Room #010) to obtain a form certifying that you are enrolled in the Law School. You should then proceed to the ID Center (Lowenstein, Room 128A) to have a replacement ID issued. There is a $25 fee for replacing a lost card; the fee will be charged to the student's Bursar account. There is no fee for damaged or broken cards, but the defective card must be turned in at the time the replacement card is requested. The ID Center will post a schedule of the hours of operation at the beginning of every semester. ID cards will not be issued without proper authorization or verification of status.
